When should I contact Docunav Shield Team?
Contact Shield Team as soon as you are aware of IT Disaster that has also impacted Laserfiche. We will take it from there. You can focus on your other operational needs and we will be in the loop to keep you informed on when your system is back up. We will contact you frequently to keep you posted on the recovery. Other than that, you do not have to worry about anything. We will take care of rest of the work.
Why do you need an IT Disaster Recovery Plan?
According to Department of Homeland Security (DHS), “An information technology disaster recovery plan (IT DRP) should be developed in conjunction with the business continuity plan. Priorities and recovery time objectives for information technology should be developed during the business impact analysis. Technology recovery strategies should be developed to restore hardware, applications and data in time to meet the needs of the business recovery”

Ideally, the IT team should be always prepared for any disaster. However, safety first. Once you have secured safety and in a position to get IT system back up online for critical operations, follow the IT DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) to ensure your system is backup online safely.
